Design Services and Fees
Since 2014, Hannah Campbell Design has been passionately transforming spaces and coming up with new innovative designs for homes and small spaces.
We offer a wide variety of professional interior design services to realise your project, from a joinery piece to suit a new work space, extra storage for a utility area, or complete remodel of an area. We work closely with suppliers and makers to bring the right elements together for your project. Each individual scheme is always a collaboration between the client, designer, trades teams. We can offer you as much or as little as you require for your project. We are always more than happy to have an initial meeting for ideas, samples and sketches, or can take your project on through to completion on site.

Initial Design Consultation
An initial in person one-off design consultation for one room / space, depending on complexity.
The consultation would take place in your home and tend to last between 1 hour to 2 hours. You will be provided with spatial design ideas, practical advice and useful contacts for your project.
We will be able to help you establish at this early stage any additional consultants, trades people, building parameters, and any building applications you may need for your project.
After the consultation you will be sent a follow up email with appropriate contacts for your project, plus links to showrooms, finishes websites that may be required etc.
The cost for this service is £250
Colour Consultation Service
We also offer a colour consultation service for your project for up to two rooms as a one off consultation. We carry colour cards and paint samples for many paint manufacturers, for neutrals or colour specific projects. Please enquire for more details and fees.
Interior & Architectural Design Service
Depending on the scope of your project, design fees tend to be around £800-£1400 for the complete interior design of 1no. room or space. This fee includes for Design Concept and hand sketches to convey initial ideas, CAD Drawings (Outline and Detailed stages), plus liaison with around 2no.trades, or consultants, depending on your project scope and requirements. For straightforward projects we would provide a schedule of works within the drawings.
For more complex projects we would advise a detailed schedule of works for a builder to price, and for this level of service we provide you with a separate fee quote.
This package of works would enable you to obtain prices from your preferred contractor, specialist or trades people, and they would be able to work from the drawings.
Should you require project management of your project, or should any applications be required for your project, we would establish this in the early feasibility design stages and we would provide a fee accordingly at the appropriate stage.
Excluded in this fee are site monitoring fees, plus FF&E procurement fees, and any joinery fees. We also offer a bespoke joinery design service with our local joiner, and also offer a procurement service for certain finishes, fittings and furniture pieces should you wish, as we hold trade accounts with many suppliers.
